ROOT ( 11.0.A.7.5 version here ):
1st Download and unzip
Second Enable USB debugging
3rd Connect your phone to your computer
3rd Turn Runme.bat
4th Ready.

CWM (Alpha not working on 11.0.A.7.5.)

1st Download and unzip
Second Enable USB debugging
3rd Connect your phone to your computer
3rd Turn install.bat
4th Ready.
To go to the CWM connect the phone to the charger, turn off the phone, turn on when you see the Sony logo, click Vol + and Vol -.
Control: Vol + - Up, Vol - down, "power" - confirm.

firmware  11.0.A.3.28 or 11.0.A.3.18 ALONE with Locked Bootloader..
  1. download firmware 11.0.A.3.28.here
  2. flashtool here
  3. copy firemware 11,0.A.3.28 to C:\Flashtool\drivers 
  4. open flash tool then click button flash mode chose firmware 
  5. Done
 Rooting:

1.extract Root_J.zip
2.make sure 'usb debugging' is enabled in devolpment settings
3.double click Runme.bat file for windows users...runme.sh for linux users
4.wait for process to finish (mostly should work)



  install CWM:

1.extract CWM_J.zip
2.'usb debugging' on
3.double click 'install.bat' only for windows (linux not working! my bad..)
4.wait for it.....installed! close the shell program and switch off the phone.. 
 
5.switches phone on press up and down volume keys repeatedly when SONY logo flashes.....voila u get into CWM!
