I.Root And Install ClockWorkMod Recovery 
  1. Initially you need to download XXDLI8 Firmware package and extract it to a convenient folder on your computer.
  2. Now download ClockworkMod Recovery package and extract it to a convenient folder on your computer.
  3. Now download Odin v3.07 and extract it to a convenient folder on your computer and install it on your computer.
  4. Now turn off your device and you need to boot your device in download mode. To boot your device in download mode, press and hold Volume Up +  Power button together, till you see the Samsung logo or the construction Android robot and a triangle on the screen.
  5. Now connect your phone to your computer via USB cable. Odin will automatically detect your device and once it does, one of the ID:COM boxes will turn yellow with the COM port number and you will see a ADDED message under the Odin message box. This step might take some time though.
  6. Now you need to select the files that are to be installed on your device.
    These files can be found in the folder in which you extracted the file downloaded in step 1.
  7. Then click on PDA and select the file that you downloaded in step 1. The file must be the downloaded firmware.
  8. On the Odin, check the Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time options should be enabled and all other options should be disabled.
  9. Then click the “Start” button. Have patience when the odin is processing your updation .
  10. After the installation process is finished, your device will automatically restart.
  11. Now repeat step 6 to step 9 to install ClockworkMod Recovery. Just make sure that while repeating the steps, you select the file in step 2(Clockworkmod Recovery package) instead of step 1.
